Our Process
Step 1: Consultation
In this meeting we will discuss your vision, your budget and the overall process. Looking at possible plans, budgets and financing to help you fully understand the process and to help you build your new home.
Step 2: Lot Evaluation
In this meeting, our builder team will meet with you to discuss your home and set up a time to evaluate your homesite. Site Layouts will work with the builders to place your home in the best possible location on your homesite by looking at topography and various other factors.
Step 3: Plan Drawing
In this meeting, Square One Designs will meet with you to custom draw your plan, or take one of our stock plans and change it to match your vision. You bring the ideas and a rough sketch of what your vision is and Square One Designs will work to make your dream a reality.
Step 4: Design and Selection
In this meeting, we’ll help you with your design and selections using our preferred vendors. From flooring to wall paint, we have you covered and will make this process as seamless and fun as possible!
Step 5: Build
It’s time to build your home! Updates on the progress will be entered weekly to your homeowner portal to keep you up-to-date on the status of your custom build.
